Range Rover's flagship model, the 'Autography Ultimate Edition' debuts at the
Geneva Motor Show with the word 'luxury' as its central concept. Included in the estimated £130,000 price is handcrafted soft leather upholstery, machined aluminium detailing, yacht inspired teak load space floor and iPads for the rear occupants.
Rear seats will be stand alone electric leather items with the addition of an extended rear console. This is to be equipped with an aluminium laptop table supporting the tablet machines - and a drinks chiller. Leather is extended to door casings, dashboard top and steering wheel.
The exterior is finished off in Roussillon Red or Otago Stone shades with body coloured exterior parts. The Ultimate Edition is released with 20-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels as well. Customers will have the opportunity to configure their cars with further options.
The Autography Ultimate Edition comes with two engine choices, the 4.4-litre TDV8 diesel or the 5.0-litre supercharged petrol V8. Figures for the diesel are 313bhp, 516lb.ft torque and 30.1mpg on the combined cycle. It is equipped with an eight-speed transmission. The petrol engine produces 510bhp and 461lb.ft of torque.
Both variants feature the Terrain Response system as standard, which optimises the vehicle setup according to conditions.
Just 500 examples of the Ultimate Edition will be produced with pricing in the UK likely to be in the region of £130,000.
