Mercedes' renewed G-Class hasn't been on the market for six months and already Brabus has decided that what it needs is another shedload of power. The result is the Brabus 700 Widestar, which takes a stock G 63 AMG with its 'weedy' 585hp twin-turbo V8 and, using some techno-wizardry with the ECU, ramps it up by 115hp to 700hp. That results in a 0-100km/h time of 4.3 seconds and a top speed electronically limited to 240km/h so as not to shred the tyres on the enormous 23-inch wheels (for which the body has been widened by ten centimetres to accommodate). Other external tweaks include revised body panels and a cool LED lightbar across the roof. The 700 Widestar's interior is endlessly customisable too with leather and Alcantara available in "countless" different colours.
