What's all this about?
Audi tuning specialist, ABT, has announced a range of upgrades for the Audi RS 3 Sportback. As standard the RS 3 makes 367hp, which can be increased to 430hp by substituting a new electronic control unit. A further 20hp is released with the ABT Power S package that includes a replacement intercooler.
How does it work?
The new intercooler attaches to the original mounting points and can be fitted to standard RS 3s. It has increased surface area to reduce pressure loss, improve air cooling and cuts the danger of pre-ignition.
What else can you get?
ABT can supply a range of cosmetic accessories including 19- and 20-inch alloy wheels in a variety of patterns, plus wheel spacers to increase the track - and even valve caps to complete the look. There is also an ABT exhaust with four tail pipes and replacement springs, said to improve handling as well as the stance.
Anything for the interior?
You can get a range of trim pieces from a set of floor mats or an ABT-branded engine start/stop switch to Alcantara and carbon trim.
